Over five days, you'll begin exploring a different way to care for your body-one rooted in faith, grace, stewardship, and sustainable change rather than shame.
A NOTE FROM AUTUMN
For years, I believed caring for my body meant constantly trying to change it. I know what it is like to start over again and again with food, exercise, and promises to do better. Body Grace Letters grew from my desire to explore a different way—one where faith, grace, discipline, and stewardship can exist together.
I write for women who want to care for their bodies well without believing they have to hate themselves into becoming healthier. As I continue writing my Christian nonfiction book, I hope Body Grace Letters can become a place where we learn what it means to pursue health from a foundation of faith and care rather than shame.
